1. Q: Can you guaranty that my product design will be exclusive and sufficiently protected if I send it to you?How to guaranty?
A: If you feel uncomfortable about protection of your idea, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send us any data. It is our primary policy to keep secret for our customers.We would not disclose any information regarding your product or you company to the third party without the customer's authorization.
2. Q: What about the size scope of molds you can make?
A: The Max. molds we ever made reach to length 3 meters, width 3meters, height 2meters,and 50tons in weight.
3. Q: How many years has your company involved in mould industry?
A: We have more than twenty years experience in manafacturing moulds.
4. Q: Have you even exported?
A: Yes,of course.Half of our products are exported to foreign countries,such as Indonesia,India,Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Syria, Italy .etc.
5 Q: What type of data files can you accept?
A: We can accept several different types of files(PRT,STP,IGES,DXF,DWG,STL, X_T, and any more).
6. Q: What do you need to make a quotation?
A: To make a quotation, which will be adequate and sufficiently competitive, we need 3 things:
1) Product drawing or 3D model data file or product sample. If none of these are
available, we need at least an ordinary sketch with the most dimension on it.
2) What Kind of plastic resin you are going to use in manufacturing or an idea of the
durability of the product (what the product is or does).
3) Estimated quantity of the product needed in a period of time (i.e. one month) and the
idea of how many products in total you are going to make (estimated total sales).
7. Q: What type of steel can you use?
A: We have rich experience in using different steels.European steel and China steel are availabe as per your request,such as: Assabsha 718H(sweden), Assabsha S136, LKM 738H, LKM 2312, P20HH(USA), P20LQ(USA), LKM2344.
8. Q: Have you got any certification?
A Yes, we have the ISO9001:2000 certification.
